长期从事测绘科学与技术、GNSS地学遥感、国土环境与灾害监测等领域科研与人才培养工作。主持国家自然科学基金委联合基金重点、面上项目3项,参与或承担十三五国家重点研发计划课题、国家863计划课题、国家科技支撑计划以及企业联合项目30余项。曾获国家级教学成果二等奖1项,省部级教学成果一、二等奖4项,省部级科学技术一、二等奖8项,校级教学成果一、二等奖3项。在IEEE TGRSGPS Solutions、测绘学报、武大学报等发表学术论文60余篇,出版学术专著和教材5部,发明专利十余项。兼任中国测绘学会理事、江苏省测绘地理信息学会副理事长、中国测绘学会教育工作委员会副主任委员、中国测绘学会矿山测量专委会副主任委员、中国卫星导航定位协会教育与发展专业委员会副主任委员、煤炭教育“十四五”规划教材测绘类专业建设指导委员会主任委员、自然资源部国土环境与灾害监测重点实验室学术委员会委员、中国测绘学会大地测量与导航专业委员会委员。国家级课程思政示范教学团队成员、国家级一流本科课程团队成员。
